At Chikkadasarahalli school all the villagers are invited for celebration of independence day. There is nothing like school day or foundars day instead independence day is celebrated by inviting all the parents to the school premises. First thing in the morning the breakfast is served to all the children, parents and the villagers whoever wish to have. All the parents are seated followed by greeting of village leaders and school management committee.
After this children started entertain programmes consisting of dance, drama and mono acting etc., It was well attended by the villagers and parents. It was an opportunity for donor to know who are all the beneficiaries (the whole village) and for villagers to know who is donating books to their children thereby reducing their financial burden.
Photos showing dance program by Children, Donors (plus school management committee) parents. Donation for this honour is Rs.73,000.00 as this school has 73 children and each child’s books, pencils, pens, geometry box cost Rs.1,000.00. Year 2023 Donor honour was given to Madhava Prabhu and family.
