Sports kit-Aralimaradapalya

This specific school though is located very close to Sira gate in Tumakuru town, the children who attend the school are all coming from nearby villages. All around this school rich people stay who send their children by school bus to private schools. But there is a huge population of labourers who stay in the surrounding areas who cannot afford private schools with buses and hence they all come to this Government school. The school has strenth of 107 children from class 1 to class 7. Some time back when we visited the school to had some basic information regarding the number of children, number of class rooms, number of teachers, existing infrastructure and what needs to be done to improve the physical growth of the children as well as mental growth. There were no usable sports items available in the school and we felt we must help children. Accordingly we talked to our partner in progress Rishipath foundation and they readily agreed to fund the project. Hence for handing over Smt. Prema Pratap, Smt. Sashi Rekha and Smt.Ujvala from Rishpath.org handed over charts and maps to school children at Govt. Higher Primary School, Aralimaradapalya. From Jaya Madhava Trust side Smt.Aparna M Prabhu who arrived from USA and Smt Sneha Putturaya represented apart from Sri Madhava Prabhu managing trustee and Smt.Manjula CR Facilitator.
